Went for southern island expedition for 4 days. My leadership skills sucks! Why they choose me as a aco? Maybe wanna me to learn ba... Hopefully I didn't let anyone down in this trip... Ya the first day we stayed at poly marina and had briefing for the trip.Next day, we kayak from poly marina to sister island suspose to reach ar 5 plus but we reach at 2 plus. Amazing.... Then the next day was from sister's ialand to Pulau jhore then to pulau hantu. Played at the lagoon for few hrs before heading back to sister's island. Later that night we had camplite and had fun. Last day heading back from sister's island to poly marina night mare begin... We were reaching the break water and wind was getting very strong... We saw quite a number of ppl capsized... Then me and my parnter almost cap but we managed to recover... The waves was super strong plus the wind blowing... Then one part we cap and then was blowing the whistle like mad to get ppl to save us... The waves was so strong and we kept drinking the sea water... It's like life and death experience cause in the sea it's no one if no one save us dunno what will happen to us? Then in the end we wanted to swim to the nearby shore which is the psa... Then one subber dinggi came to save us... That was like after 30 to 40 minutes ba... I was still holding on to the kayak refused to let go... In the end they said abandon it... I was stunned... Thought kayak was more impt than my life... ahaha... Went back to pm and then police car came and wanted our contact no... Later they drove us to psa where everyone was there... So relieved that everyone was saved... Then we had free clothes cause they saw we were all wet...Then first time sitting in police car too... ahah... Everyone was there, some were crying cause they are scared by the storm and were shcked... But the experience was like never before cause it's quite close to life and death... ahah... Anyway we survived... heehe... Well maybe u all shocked about my expedition cause u might be thinking that so dangerous and still wanna go... It's unexpected la this type of situation... The situation is like as if disaster we saw in tv but minor abit... hehe... Cause we lost all our belonging we brought there and kayaks too... In the end the senoirs went on a dinggi to search for it... After this trip, I felt as if I am living my second life cause I dunno what will happen if no one saves me... It makes me feel more alive I guess... XD
